Materials not owned by the North Brunswick Public Library or our consortium, Libraries of Middlesex Automation Consortium (LMxAC) may be available from other libraries across the state. Please fill out the attached form if you would like us to search outside the LMxAC area for you. This service is only available to North Brunswick Library cardholders. This service is free, but if you do not pick up your material one week after notification, or do not notify us, there will be a charge of $1.00 assessed to your library card.
On the rare occasion that the material you request is not available within the state, we will, upon authorization from you, search the entire country for you. This requires a fee of $5.00 in cash before the request is sent to the lending library. The $5.00 fee is nonrefundable except in cases where no copy can be located.
