Down, Down, Down, Down

Something that happens very very frequently often ceases to be news.

But it’s still news that the traffic light at Livingston Avenue and How Lane gets knocked down by trucks, because this light is setting some kind of a state or national record for getting

knocked down. 

On Wednesday afternoon, a truck sent it sprawling for the eighth time in four months.

It seems to us that the state should listen to us, or listen to somebody, and put this light where it won’t get knocked down. There just can’t be that many bad truck drivers on the road.
